Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayo, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add the chopped jalapeno, cilantro, grated carrot, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the turkey bacon.
