Iowa Party Bites
- 1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles (mild or medium)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly grease baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Chips:
- Arrange the Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheets, cup side up, ready to be filled.
- Mix the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
