A vibrant and whimsical dessert featuring the nostalgic flavor of cotton candy and colorful swirls. Perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring
Pink and purple gel food coloring

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends over the edges for easy removal.

Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.

Add the Flavoring: Remove the pan from heat and stir in the cotton candy flavoring, mixing until well incorporated.

Divide and Color: Divide the fudge mixture evenly into two bowls. Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring to one bowl and purple gel food coloring to the other. Stir each until the colors are vibrant.

Layer and Swirl: Pour the pink fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Drop spoonfuls of the purple fudge on top of the pink layer. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect.

Chill to Set: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.

Cut and Serve: Once the fudge has set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper edges and cut into 36 squares.

Notes

– Ensure the chocolate mixture is smooth before dividing.
– Chill longer if fudge feels sticky when cutting.
– Experiment with different color combinations or flavor extracts.
