  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
  • Gradually add self-rising flour and salt; mix gently to avoid overmixing.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, honey, and melted butter. Fold in chopped pecans.
  • Pour batter into the dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
