1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or grilled)
1 ripe avocado, diced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika

Prepare the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill on medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through.
