  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams sour cream
  • 150 grams granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter to form a crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
