– 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp (28g) butter
– 5 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth
– 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
– 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh parsley for garnish
1. Season beef with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. Deglaze with beef broth, scraping browned bits.
6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened.
7. Return beef to skillet and coat with sauce.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
