    • Ice cubes

    • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
    • 1 lemon wedge
    • 23 fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Chill the glass: Freeze a martini or coupe glass for 5 minutes.
  • Prepare the rim: Moisten the glass rim with a lemon wedge, dip into sugar, and set aside.
  • Mix the ingredients: Combine lemon juice, raspberry syrup, sparkling water, and orange juice in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously: Shake for 10–12 seconds to blend and chill.
  • Strain and serve: Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with raspberries or a lemon twist.
