- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix pistachio pudding mix with crushed pineapple (including juice) until creamy.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Add Cool Whip and fold gently until smooth and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Optional: Garnish with additional pecans or shredded coconut.
