  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, spinach, turkey bacon, bell pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
