Low-Carb Cloud Bread

A light, airy, and protein-rich bread alternative made with simple ingredients like eggs and cottage cheese. Perfect for low-carb, keto, and gluten-free diets.

Ingredients

– 3 large eggs (separated)
– 1/2 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
– 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
– 1 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
3. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
4. In a separate bowl, mix yolks, blended cottage cheese, salt, and optional ingredients until smooth.
5. Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture in thirds, maintaining airiness.
6. Scoop batter onto prepared baking sheet to form 6–8 rounds.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool completely before serving.
