Easy Garlic Shrimp Pasta:Healthy Dinner Idea

A quick, easy, and flavorful dish combining tender shrimp, garlic, butter, and perfectly cooked pasta for a satisfying meal ready in under 30 mins.

Ingredients

– 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined, tails removed
– 1 lb spaghetti noodles
– 6-8 garlic cloves, minced
– 1/4 cup butter
– Olive oil (3 drizzles)
– Italian seasoning, salt, ground pepper, red pepper flakes, fresh herbs (parsley or basil)

Instructions

1. Cook pasta in salted water, reserve 1 cup pasta water. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare shrimp by rinsing, deveining, and drying.
3. Sauté shrimp in butter and olive oil until pink. Remove and set aside.
4. Add garlic to skillet and cook until aromatic.
5. Combine pasta, shrimp, reserved pasta water, and seasoning. Toss until evenly coated and heated. Garnish with fresh herbs.
6. Serve immediately.

Notes

– For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine while cooking the garlic.
– Adjust spice level by modifying red pepper flakes.
