  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add turkey bacon. Cook until crisp.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer; then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
