  • ½ cup melted butter (slightly cooled)
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Butter Mixture: Melt butter, cool slightly, whisk in egg white and vanilla.
  • Mix Coating: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Coat Pretzels: Place pretzel sticks in a zip-top bag. Add butter mixture and shake. Add cinnamon sugar mixture and shake again to coat.
