Delicious Cheesy Potato Casserole

A scrumptious and creamy potato casserole loaded with flavors from turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and return the potatoes to the pot.
  4. Add the heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the potatoes. Mash until smooth.
  5. Stir in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add chopped green onions as a garnish.
  • This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated before baking.
