Creamy chicken pasta recipe

A creamy, cheesy pasta dish combining shredded chicken, turkey bacon, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese for ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients

– 1 lb penne pasta
– 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
– 8 oz cream cheese
– 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
– 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
– 3/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook penne pasta al dente and set aside.
2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
3. Add cream cheese and ranch seasoning, stirring until smooth.
4. Gradually pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until creamy.
5. Mix in chicken, half of the turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce.
7. Garnish with parsley and remaining bacon. Serve hot.

Notes

– Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
– Substitute turkey bacon with vegetarian bacon for a meat-free version.
