– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 3 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
– 12 oz rigatoni pasta
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
1. Cook rigatoni to al dente; drain and reserve pasta water.
2. Sauté seasoned chicken in butter until golden brown; set aside.
3. Add garlic to skillet with butter; sauté until fragrant.
4. Stir in chicken broth; simmer and reduce slightly.
5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; mix until smooth.
