Best homemade burger recipe

Juicy burgers packed with bacon, ranch, cheddar, and sour cream for irresistible flavor and texture. Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground chuck (80/20 blend)
– 3 tbsp sour cream
– 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
– 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
2. Shape into 4 patties, pressing a divot in the center of each.
3. Grill or cook in a skillet at medium-high heat for 5 minutes on one side, then 4 minutes on the other.
4. Toast buns in leftover grease. Serve with your favorite toppings.
