  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press into a lined baking dish.
  2. Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until combined. Pour over the crust.
  3. Add topping: Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over the filling.
  4. Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, until the filling is set.
  5. Cool and chill: Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, chill before adding the filling.
  • Add a drizzle of caramel or whipped cream for extra flavor.
