Christmas Mint Oreo Fudge Recipe

A festive and easy-to-make fudge recipe combining white chocolate, peppermint, and Mint Oreos for a delicious holiday treat.

Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 ½ cups Mint Oreos, roughly chopped
Green food coloring (optional, for a festive look)
Crushed candy canes (optional, for garnish)
Extra chopped Mint Oreos for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare Your Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing the sides to hang over the edge for easy fudge removal.
2. Melt the Chocolate:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
3. Add Peppermint Extract & Color:
Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until evenly mixed for a Christmas-themed hue.
4. Fold in the Mint Oreos:
Gently fold in the chopped Mint Oreos, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
5. Transfer and Set:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula. Garnish with extra chopped Mint Oreos and crushed candy canes for an extra festive touch.
6. Chill the Fudge:
Refrigerate the fudge for 2-3 hours or until it is completely set and firm.
7. Cut and Serve:
