  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chocolate chips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in the peanut butter, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  6. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set, then let cool.
  9. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Top with heavy cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips before serving.
