3 slices white or whole wheat bread
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 green chili or jalapeño, finely chopped
¼ tsp red chili powder or paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: garlic butter or olive oil for toasting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place bread slices on a baking tray and optionally brush with garlic butter or olive oil.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese or slices.
Add sliced mushrooms and chopped chili.
Season with salt, black pepper, and chili powder or paprika.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crisp.
Serve hot with ketchup, hot sauce, or your favorite dip.
