Cheesy and Creamy Shrimp & Crab Spinach Dip

A luxurious and creamy seafood dip combining shrimp, lump crab meat, fresh spinach, and cheese. Perfect for gatherings or holiday parties.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook the Shrimp: Sauté shrimp in olive oil over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until pink. Let cool.
  • Prepare Creamy Base: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine Ingredients: Fold in shrimp, crab meat, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread mixture into an oven-safe dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Notes

  • You can substitute fresh spinach with thawed and drained frozen spinach.
  • For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Make ahead: Prepare and refrigerate up to a day before baking.
