  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Fold in the butterscotch sauce.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
