These Burger Bombs are a delightful twist on a classic meal, perfect for a light lunch or dinner. With turkey and bacon, they deliver big flavor without the guilt.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  6. Assemble the burgers with slider buns, lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of mayonnaise.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite burger toppings.
  • Feel free to use low-fat cheese to keep it lighter.
