Ingredients
Scale
1 pound flank steak
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
2 green onions, chopped
1 package of rolls
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the flank steak and season with garlic powder.
Cook the steak until it’s browned on the outside and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
In a bowl, combine the sliced steak, buffalo sauce, cheese, and green onions.
Stuff the mixture into the rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
Feel free to customize with additional ingredients like jalapeños or different types of cheese.
