Blueberry banana smoothie

A creamy, nutritious, and delicious blueberry smoothie packed with antioxidants, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for a vegan option)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

Instructions

  • Add the milk, yogurt, banana slices, frozen blueberries, oatmeal, and honey into a blender.
  • Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh blueberries or a sprinkle of oats (optional), and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen blueberries or a few ice cubes.
