Ingredients

Scale

6 large croissants, sliced in half
12 slices of deli chicken ham
6 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assemble Croissants: Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant. Layer 2 slices of chicken ham and 1 slice of cheese on top, then place the other half of the croissant on top.

Prepare Butter Topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds (if using). Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the croissants.
