1 can buttermilk biscuits
1 can apple pie filling
½ cup melted butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Icing:
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking pan or skillet.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Dip each biscuit in melted butter, then roll in the sugar mixture until fully coated.
Arrange the biscuits in the prepared pan.
Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces, add vanilla extract, and spread over the biscuits.
Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top and drizzle with leftover butter.
Bake for 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
While baking, prepare the icing by mixing confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth.
