  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Icing:

  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking pan or skillet.
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Dip each biscuit in melted butter, then roll in the sugar mixture until fully coated.
  • Arrange the biscuits in the prepared pan.
  • Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces, add vanilla extract, and spread over the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top and drizzle with leftover butter.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
  • While baking, prepare the icing by mixing confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth.
  • Once baked, drizzle icing over warm biscuits. Serve immediately.
